I was a little wary at first, since bliod first book was so incredibly raw and emotional and here he is more than doubling the size of the sequel.


I’m not sure if that was done intentionally by the author, or if was due to an accidental lack of some emotions and details at certain situations, but either way that is really the only flaw I found with the story. I really didn’t care about her in the first book, and I care even less about her in this one– and she’s essential to the plot of the last book in this series, The Children of the Sun.

It distracted me to the point where I didn’t want to ‘leave’ the other characters to focus on her. But back to Blood Hunt.


The ending was starting to feel a little too twisty and drawn out and while I’m not entirely happy with how it ended– I can understand where Buecheler was taking the story, and nuecheler makes enough sense for concluding the trilogy. Opening the iTunes Store. Definately a 5 star book! I’m interested to see who makes it through the next book. If you read this book, you know what I’m talking about, if you haven’t, read it- it’s worth every tear you’ve ever shed. Jakob was interesting, I would’ve like more of a story on him.

I love most of chrisstopher new characters introduced, and hate the story of some of our old hunnt dear characters. This book has that ingredient in spades. I found that I enjoyed the first book better. Buecheler does a fine job with this sophomore effort. Several things that Chris did with Blood Hunt kept things interesting.

They have all but given up when they are thrust into a world of madness, death, and vampire politics beyond their understanding. A friend had read this book and said she didn’t think it was anywhere near as good as blooc first so I was apprehensive.


I should probably touch on the romances. Buecheler, I’m going to be keeping an eye on you on Twitter. This one was a little too long, and though it was not boring in anyway and I didn’t mind reading it, it could have been cut down a bit.

This christpher was awesome. It took me forever to actually get into cyristopher book. The Children of the Sun is sure to be another emotional ride for Two and the rest of her friends.

I’m not sure how I can wait another year-and-a-bit until the last installment! In this case, it’s all in the characters. As Two Majors and Tori Perrault struggle to adapt to their new realities, they are drawn into a world that neither knew existed. I got the first book in the series for free. What didn’t I like? I kept reading it and thinking, “two whats? Because you’ll be engrossed in Two’s story, in the unfairness of life, in your own conflicting feelings.

Long-suffering Two was back, and this time we learn more about her through the vampire world— and the friends she has tried to buechelsr behind. I originally created illustrations for each update, and may some day hire someone with more talent in that department to re-work them. However I’ve removed a star because I grew to dislike Two as she is very selfish in this book and other people are continuously getting hurt because of her.
